This page is the starting points to find out about all our Parish
organisations:-
 | First Tuesday Lunch -- On the First Tuesday of
the month, there is a two course Lunch, with tea or coffee, from 12noon to
1.30pm. All are very welcome

to Fridays 3.30pm - 5.30pm (We can collect children from Birley C Primary)

| Frecheville Parish Playscheme -- School Summer
Holidays --8yrs old and above

| St. Cyprian's Youth Club -- Thursdays 7.30pm (for
young people aged 14yrs and older) -- Junior Leaders help at
After School Club, Out of School Playcare and Playscheme. Members do the
Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme.

young people aged 10 to 14yrs )

Community Transport Minibus for the area -- "The Frecheville
Flyer"

| BASIC FOOD HYGIENE AND HANDLING
(Run in Association with Sheffield Adult & Continuing Learning Service) for those who are working with
or want to work with food either as volunteers or as a paid job. (This

Our organisations always welcome visitors and new members at their
meetings, but it is a good idea to make contact first, lest a meeting be
cancelled on a particular date. (For how to make contact, see below)
The After School Club, Playcare and Playscheme are registered, under
the 1980 Children Act, with Ofsted (The Office for Standards in Education)
-- the UK Government Body who inspect schools etc. They were inspected in
June to August 2003 and approved as "reaching National
Standards".
When fully functioning, there will be Hyperlinks to each
organisation's "home page" which will give details of the
organisation and of its main programme events,
Some organisations, such as the Youth Club have many sections and this
will be reflected in the complexity of their sub-site. There will also be
a link to the Youth Club's online magazine written by the young people
themselves.
